Our heating engineers have been supporting landlords in Norwich for more than 30 years. Founded by David Hawkins and run in partnership with his son Luke, the company is a member of the Eastern Landlords Association (ELA), is Gas Safe registered and are proud to be one of a select group of Worcester Bosch ‘Gold Accredited Installers’.
We hold a Gas Safe registration which qualifies us to handle the installation, commissioning, servicing and safety checking of domestic natural gas appliances. This includes boilers, cookers (including range cookers), gas fires, pipework, vented cylinders and water heaters.

David will typically be your first point of contact as he carries out all of our surveys. He will talk you through the options which are available and price up the work.
Luke carries out the majority of our gas boiler installations, repairs and services. Both he and David are Gas Safe and Worcester Bosch accredited.
Mac has recently completed a three year plumbing apprenticeship with us. During his time with us he has developed his skills and now assists us on larger plumbing projects.
If you call us, you will most likely speak to Rachel. Whether for a free survey or reminder about your gas safety certificate, Rachel will organise a convenient time for us to visit your property.
Angie helps us keep everything ticking over smoothly. She handles all of the administrative office duties, makes sure invoices get paid and ensures our teams are where they need to be.
Our standard call-out charge is £50 for the first hour (£65 out of hours) and £30 (£55 out of hours) for every hour after that.
